Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban (National Parliament – Bengali: জাতীয় সংসদ ভবন): Jatiyo Sangsad Bhaban is one of the best tourist place Bangladesh which was created by American architect Louis I. Khan. Construction was started in 1961 and completed on 28th January 1982 with the total cost was about 32 million dollars. It is situated at Shre-e-Bangla Nagar in Dhaka. Jatiyo Sangsad Bhaban was used for the first time on 15th February 1982 as the venue for the eighth (last) session of the second parliament of Bangladesh. Since then, it has been used for the Bangladesh National Assembly.
Lalbagh Kella ( Lalbagh Fort – Bengali: লালবাগ কেল্লা ): Lalbagh Kella ( also known as Lalbagh Fort or  Aurangabad Fort) is one of the top tourist place Bangladesh which is the 17th century incomplete Mughal Palace situated on the Bank of River Buriganga, in the southwestern part of the old city area Lalbagh in Dhaka. Prince Muhammad Azam, son of Emperor Aurangzeb, began the construction in 1678, but didn’t complete the palace.
Curzon Hall ( Bengali: কার্জন হল ): Curzon Hall is an ancient structure tourist place Bangladesh which part of the school of science of the University of Dhaka. It was a remarkable big town hall located near Doel Chattar adjacent to Dhaka University. Lord Curzon, Viceroy of India, laid its foundation stone in 1904, and the building is named after him.
Ahsan Manzil (Bengali: আহসান মঞ্জিল, Ahsan Monjil): Ahsan Manzil is a wonderful ancient building, located on the bank of the river Buriganga, in old Dhaka at Kumartoli, Islampur area.  It was a residential palace for Dhaka Nawab Family. The structure of this palace was started in the year 1859 and was finished in 1869.
Star Mosque (Bengali: তারা মসজিদ): This is a historical and beautiful star mosque located in Abdul Khairat Road, Armanitola area, in the old city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The star mosque has, locally known as Tara Masjid, ornate designs and is decorated with motifs of blue stars. It was built with three domed in the 19th century by Mirza Golam Pir (Mirza Ahmed Jan).
Baldha Garden ( Bengali: বলধা গার্ডেন ): Baldha Garden is one of the oldest Botanical Garden in Bangladesh which spans 3.15 acres (1.27 ha) of land located at Wari in the old part of the city of Dhaka. The naturalist, philanthropist and poet Narendra Narayan Roy Chaudhury, landlord of the Estate of Baldah, established the garden on his own property in 1909. It has rare collection of 672 species of plants from different parts of the world.
National Botanical Garden ( Bengali: জাতীয় উদ্ভিদ উদ্যান ): The National Botanical Garden, Another botanical tourist place Bangladesh, also called as Bangladesh National Herbarium (BNH), is located at Mirpur in Dhaka, beside the Dhaka Zoo. It is the largest plant conservation area in Bangladesh, with an area of around 84 hectares (210 acres). This is an attractive tourist place which established in 1961.
Sonargaon (Bengali: সোনারগাঁও ): This is the another historical and most attractive tourist place in Bangladesh. Sonargaon, also known as “city of Gold”, was the old capital in Bangladesh during the reign of Isha Kha. It is located in the Narayanganj district.
Jatiyo Smriti Soudho (Bengali: জাতীয় স্মৃতি সৌধ): Jatiyo Sriti Shoudho or National Martyrs’ Memorial is the national monument of Bangladesh which is located in Savar, about 35 km north-west of the capital, Dhaka. This is the symbol in the memory of all martyrs those who sacrifice their lives in the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971, which brought independence and separated Bangladesh from Pakistan.
Shaheed Minar (Bengali: শহীদ মিনার – language martyr’s memorial): The Shaheed Minar is a Martyr Monument or national monument in Dhaka, Bangladesh, located in Dhaka beside adjacent to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital. It has built to commemorate for the bengali language martyrs, who were killed on 21 February 1952 during the language movement.
Bangladesh National Museum (Bengali: বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় যাদুঘর): Bangladesh National Museum is one of the biggest museum in South Asia. It is situated in the Shahbag area, Dhaka, established in 1913. It has hailed as a national museum on 17 November, 1983. The Museum is noted for its collection of Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin and other contemporary artists. Bangladesh National Museum has splendid collections such as anthropology, art, history, nature and so are the different exhibitions. There is also an archive.
Liberation War Museum (Bengali: মুক্তিযুদ্ধ যাদুঘর ): It was established on March 22 1996, and has more than 11,000 artifacts and photos on display in the museum or stored in its archives. The liberation war museum is located in Segunbagicha, Dhaka which built to given an opportunity to all Bangladeshi to the know history of Bangladesh Liberation war (1947 -1971).
Bangabandhu Memorial Museum (Bengali:বঙ্গবন্ধু স্মৃতি জাদুঘর): Bangabandhu is the father of the nation of Bangladesh who was assassinated with his many family members in a  military coup on August 15, 1975. He lived his own house at road no 32, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. After Bangabandhu death, the house turned into museum in 1977.
Dhaka University (Bengali: ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়): The University of Dhaka (Bengali: ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, also known as Dhaka University or DU), is the first and oldest university in Bangladesh which situated in the center of Dhaka city. Established by British Imperial Government in 1921 with Sir P.J. Hartog as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University.
